3,300 sq ft space in Wembley. Punjab National Bank approached us to design and build their new branch in the heart of Wembley. PNB were looking for a fresh new branch as their current space was very dark and lacked natural light. Wanting to attract new customers it was time to create a new inviting space. The new premises was a bar and restaurant which we had completely stripped out and converted into the new bank. All new electrical installation, mechanical adjustments and additions to meet regulations and comfort, new fire alarm system, all new flooring, decorations partitions and ceilings also. Access control throughout for additional security and a brand new tea point completing a full fit out. PNB’s brief was very challenging due to the amount of requirements required for a tight space. We had to carefully plan every little detail to ensure we were able to accommodate all elements of the brief whilst ensuring all building regulations were adhered to. In addition to the branch being fitted out, we also installed a large vault in the basement of the bank giving PNB customers the opportunity to store valuables at the bank. Made of full grade steel and concrete, this certified vault and door is heavy duty and installed to a high standard taking into account the considerations around the structural elements due to the weight limits. Careful planning and preparation made the install run seamlessly completing the overall project in 7 weeks from start to completion. The PNB team were a pleasure to work with and the hospitality has been exceptional.
