Our Managing Director, Curtis Zendel-Ellis has over 19 years of experience working in the interior fit-out industry. The business was founded in 2023 with a desire to deliver outstanding service and a high quality end result, ultimately striving for 100% client satisfaction. This has always been my goal working for my 4 previous fit-out companies over the last 20 years. Unfortunately, this has not always been the company ethos with larger companies with the main driver being profit. This created many issues wasting valuable time with constant walls and barriers to overcome to ensure profits are actually exceeded.
Our main driver overall is client satisfaction meaning there are no barriers in place, dealing with the main decision maker all the way through the project from start to finish and being able to make difficult decisions quickly in order to keep everything moving in the right direction. Our reputation is the most important thing as we look to build year on year ensuring our reputation grows with us, ultimately leading to many repeat business clients already within our short inception which i think speaks volumes about the work we are doing at JCB.
